In this last step, we zoom out and work on the whole organization's game plan. What are the contexts in which all your employees find themselves? The context of each team linked to the bigger picture? What are the prevailing norms? Do these resonate with the desired outcomes for the whole?

This step also highlights the complexity that the management team has to deal with as a team, as each manager leads their own team and has their team's norm to deal with and be responsible for in their leadership.

It is also clear that some of the managers in the management team are themselves part of their own team's norm, while other managers in the management team lead teams whose norm they themselves deviate from. This means that the managers have very different conditions to lead their respective teams. This understanding is crucial in the operational work when managers have to implement decisions.
